I have been training with Olga for close to a year now. Previously I never did any weight training for fear that it would “bulk” me up, but I decided to look for a trainer when I put on some weight and wasn’t getting the results that I wanted from cardio alone. Since this time I not only feel stronger but have also seen inches come off my body and in fact my body has started to take on an entirely new shape. Olga is extremely motivational and never lets you quit. She consistently proves to me that I am stronger than I think and her constant encouragement has motivated me to achieve new milestones in my fitness level. She is fun, friendly and enthusiastic and she constantly switches up the routines so that you never get bored. She not only “lives the lifestyle” herself, but it is obvious that she is extremely passionate about helping people achieve their general health and fitness goals. She does not only care about her clients during the one-on-one sessions she provides, but also continually offers up nutritional advise and support outside of the training sessions.

I am extremely thankful to have found a trainer like Olga and I truly believe that without her genuine concern and constant support I would not be as far along in achieving my fitness goals. I trained with Olga for almost 1 year and I just have to say, what a difference a year makes! My motivation to work with a personal trainer was to lose 15 lbs that I've gained over the years in university, to eat healthier, and to tone my muscles. I can honestly say that without Olga's help, I couldn't have achieved my fitness goals today.

When I worked out on my own in the past, I stopped when I felt the burn. Olga pushed me to fight the burn, and she really helped me to push myself further with every workout. The training sessions were intense and there wasn't a sweat-free moment at all! I really felt all the calories melting away fast. She helped me through really bad days when I didn't feel like training at all, and I really appreciate that. She's a great teacher and a friend.

Training with Olga has brought me many benefits. Now, I eat 5 times a day and I'm never hungry. I've learned proper form and push myself all the time. I am healthier, 15 lbs lighter, and I feel great!

I really needed a change in the way I was looking and feeling physically. I joined a fitness club and signed up for a personal trainer to get me motivated to come into the gym. Olga was my trainer and I have to say from day 1 she made me feel really comfortable as she was very personable. She took time to sit with me and understand my goals, my physical limitations, my diet and lifestyle which really impressed me!  She created a workout regime that suited what I needed and that my pocket book could afford and got me training not just when I was with her, but motivated me to work out on my own as well. She definitely works you so that you can get the maximum benefit of your time with her, and she will make sure to adapt any exercises to accommodate how you are physically feeling that day or any injuries you have sustained.

I achieved my goal weight, I feel physically strong, I have gained a new outlook on exercise and diet and I have made a new friend!

I used to wonder why people needed personal trainers in the first place.  I was an athlete all my life and was disciplined in my training so motivation was never an issue for me.  I did however find that I was starting to plateau and was becoming unmotivated by the lack of results I was seeing.  That's where Olga came along.  She challenged me in ways that I would never have challenged myself and pushed me to levels of fitness I never thought possible.  I trained with Olga for 6 weeks and in that time lost 14 pounds!  When are time together was finished Olga continued to email me training and nutrition tips and look in on my progress.  She is truly one of those trainers who takes a personal interest in every one of her clients, I would recommend her to any one!  Thanks Olga, you're the best!
