Our initial meeting will consist of a
free consultation. Consultations are mandatory for everyone
looking to purchase personal training sessions. A Client Analysis Form
(a formal questionnaire about your current health) will familiarize me with you
and your fitness goals. A Body Assessment,
which consists of your current
Weight, Body Fat Percentage and Total Body Water Percentage,
will provide me with further details to assist me in creating a program for you.
With all this information, together we will discuss what kind of programs
satisfies your fitness goals, current finances and daily
schedule. Upon purchasing your personal training sessions,
your first session will include a Fitness Assessment to determine
your cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and stamina.
