  • Winner by submission in MMA, Jaurez, Mexico on September 21, 2002

  • Winner by submission in MMA, in the First Female HOOKnSHOOT in Evansville, IN on April 13, 2002

  • 1st place winner at the Pan American’s in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Kissimmee, FL on March 23, 2002

  • 2nd place winner  at the 2nd International Machado Grappling Championships in Carson, CA on December 9, 2001

  • 1st place winner at the U.S. Open Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Santa Cruz, CA on October 15, 2001

  • 3rd place winner at the Pan American’s in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Kissimmee, FL on April 21, 2001

  • 1st place winner at the California International in CA on March 10, 2001

  • 1st place and overall winner at the U.S. Open in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Santa Cruz, CA on November 5, 2000

  • 2nd place at the World Championships in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil on July 26, 2000

  • Winner in MMA by submission at the Underground in Killen, TX in June 2000

  • Winner in MMA by submission at the Cobra Challenge in CA in June 2000

  • 1st place and overall winner at the California State Championships in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in CA on March 26, 2000

  • 1st place at the Gameness Tournament in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in CA on June, 2000

The poster below was for the first ever  women's Mixed Martial Arts card which was held in Evansville, IL on April 13, 2002.  I'm very proud to have been a part of such an exciting and historical moment for women in MMA.  It truly was a once in a life time experience!  You'll find me at the bottom row, in the middle.  And to my left, was my opponent Shannon Hooper.

This was my very first MMA fight which was held on an Indian Reservation in California June 2000.  In my corner I had my trainer, Ralf W. King coach me.

 

 

 

  This is Bas Rutten. He was my trainer for a few years, and coached me on my 2nd MMA fight in Texas in 2000.

 

This was me winning 1st place at the Pan Americans in FL 2002.  It's one of the biggest competitions in the U.S.  I was so thrilled to have finally one this one!  So was Marcus!
